M101-6 Ruth

Is this a very scarce card finally getting recognized, or is everything Ruth really hot? |
Wow. A very nice card, but somebody must want it very badly.

hot set + hot player + highest grade = happy consignor

Where are all the M101-6 Red Sox Ruth's that Mile High claims are 3x as common as the Yankee versions?
I don't believe it but what does everyone else think? |

Thanks Todd,
I've seen many Ruth Yankees for sale/auction over the last 15 years and one Red Sox so I found it curious that Mile High would claim the Yankee version is 3x scarcer |

Shocking, puffery in an auction description.
I am with Todd, I think the BoSox version is many, many times scarcer. |
My experience is that they are both tough but the Red Sox version is certainly the tougher. Kinda like hen's teeth and golden hen's teeth.

I guess my recommendation to Jeff P. a couple of months back on the M101-6 as an early Ruth card that won't "break the bank" is no longer valid then, huh?
Otherwise, "I told you so, Jeff", you should have listened to me and picked one up while they were still affordable............. |
hey, if I could have, I would have. The affordable m101-6 Ruth store was closed!
