FOUND IT: Need a T206 HOFer w/ Sweet Cap 350, 25 back
 

I am completing my run of all backs with a HOFer on the front (I have 32 different backs) but this relatively common one has alluded me. Does anyone have a HOFer graded 2-4 with this back that they can sell or trade? Please email or PM.
