FS: Press Photo of 1915 Redsox Million Dollar Outfield
 

Up for sale is a very cool & rare press photo of the 1915 Red Sox Million Dollar Outfield. I would date the photo to the early to mid 50's as Tris Speaker passed in 1958... THe photo was likely taken at some type of event as as each of the memebers are sharply dressed and in a funny hands up defensive pose, as if they were catching a ball... Duffy Lewis and Harry Hooper look to be having fun with it, yet Tris Speaker seems to be less than enthused, perhaps its because he is standing next to Lewis... The back of the photo has the sporting news authentic hologram and has the following written in pence in unknown hand "1915 worlds champion redsox outfield" "Duffy Lewis-LF, Tris Speaker-CF, Harry Hooper-RF". There has been some type of adhesive brushed over the back, but it does not protrude from the surface and in no way detracts from the fronts appearance... THere are also a few small wrinkles on the front that are only noticeable when held at an angle...

This is an awesome piece of Redsox Memorabilia that will make a great Addition to any collection!
