It's a lot of bids, and you very well might be right Dan'o, but how can we tell for sure? Maybe the guy is just spastic for that card? I have seen some collectors do some weird things. (even when not intoxicated). I am not saying it's not suspect....

The guy is jobbing the system. If the current bid is $10 and I have bids in at $15, $20 and $25, then if somebody else bids $15, then I'm still the high bidder at $15, not 1 increment above $15 which would be $16. So by doing this the. Odder can save a couple bucks.
