WTB: Koufax losses programs
 

With apologies to Andy for borrowing his post idea (he's looking for win programs and tickets), I am interested in scored programs / scorecards where Sandy lost the game, or had no decision. Of course, I am also interested in wins, but Andy asked first.

I have no interest in stubs, but am not opposed to them being taped or stapled or somehow included in a scorecard.
