Tapatalk issue?
 

Hi,
Is anyone else having problems accessing Net54 using Tapatalk? I've been unable to access it over the past few days although can access other forums. I'm currently using an iphone 4 and have not had any problems in the past. Here's the error message:

Cannot connect to forum
This forum is either restricting access from Tapatalk or the installed Tapatalk plugin is not working. Please contact your forum administrator.

It may simply be user error on my part :p

Thanks for the feedback guys. I think we did an upgrade recently and maybe it didn't go well? Like I told the OP, I prefer the regular forum, even on a smartphone or Ipad, and not the mobile app. I am a dinosaur though...We will get it looked into....

Thanks Leon, once you get used to the app it's hard to browse in dinosaur mode.

Last week, we did upgrade to the most recent version of Tapatalk for our forum. Just now, I completely deleted the files that were there and uploaded the entire thing all over again, just in case something didn't get moved to our server that should have. Perhaps this solves the issue, however, unfortunately, there's very little we can do aside from this, since this is (obviously) a 3rd party script we're employing on our site. If re-pushing the files doesn't work, it's likely a bug they have in their latest version that they'll need to work out on their end.
