It's not from the Reach Guide, but you can view the LoC scan of the 1914 Providence team photo from the 1915 Spalding Guide here. A high-res TIF image of the page is available here.

Also Phil, here is the original Providence 1914 photo that was cut up and rearranged to produce what is seen in the Spalding Guide.
