but does it bother anyone card is not marked 2 MK MC
its stamped on the back and miscut top to bottom

I think PSA allows you to request grading with no qualifiers. It lowers the number grade usually by 2 points but not always. So maybe the Wagner could have graded a 3 or 3.5 with the qualifier.

You can only request no qualifiers for OC, not for MK.
There is no reason for this card not to have the mk qualifier- if it was any other card than a Wagner it would have.

PSA is selective
 

I had a Green Cobb 8mc and flew cross country with that card and an SGC 50 Plank 5 or so yrs ago to their office ...they refused to cross the Cobb to a PSA 6 without wanting to even give an explanation---and didn't cross the Plank either--took the red eye back to Atlanta that night!!---draw your own conclusions

nobody has mentioned the fact its also miscut
