FS: 1948 Bowman Baseball Cards ***SOLD***

2 Attachment(s)
I have four 1948 bowman baseball cards. All four of these cards are really clean both front and back. These cards also have nice centering, good eye appeal, and really decent corners. These vintage cards and by no means low grade cards. They are as follows: #1 Bob elliott, #2 Ewell blackwell, #3 Ralph kiner, and #4 Johnny mize. Any questions please feel free to PM.

Hey Guys I need some help, What are these cards really worth?

Thanks StripCard

Assuming no surface issues, they look like they would grade about a 4/VGEX. You can look on eBay for closed auctions of these cards in that grade and see prices realized. Do not use the prices of the ones that are currently for sale on eBay as a guide for anything other then what is too much to ask.

Matt's advice is spot on; I'd only add [as I had to be advised myself] that closed auctions are found under "completed listings," one of the options on the left-hand side of the menu.

So, start out a search for 1948 Bowman Mize, e.g.; then go to completed listings.

SC--i have and enjoy a moderate grade raw set of the 48s--sorry to say they sell well below prices found in past few years guides; just a fact of life right now
