So guys,

have a friend (and truthfully) would want to know as well, with recent events surrounding the Ruth Signature, how best to deterime validity. There are alot of Ruth Multi-signed balls in rough condition, that tend to sell in the 3-9k range. Does rougher shape, signify more likelihood of genuine signature

ones like this? Anyone "ruth experts" on here, willing to comment? if we find one that we are interested in bidding?

To me that Ruth from 1919 looks horrible. Looks nothing like his auto Anyone else agree(Remember I know nothing about which autos are real or fake)..

I wouldnt buy one right now, there is a glut of suspicious ruth signed balls out there, that need time to be sorted out. It's basically trusting an opinion of people you respect. Only a few balls are lock solid, beyond reproach, after that you have to educate yourself or take someone elses word for it, or a combinatino of both.
