Anyone know what I can soak this in...
 

to get the rust off?? I want to have Jack sign, and would like to have the rust off or lighter. Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

Maybe a soak in some warm distilled water for an hr or so (if it will soak???) or buy a new one

I think that card is a bit too "new" to be soaking it; I suspect it will separate and that the color printing on the front will degrade. Try soaking a common card from that series first. And unless you have problems with your tap water, buying distilled water is a feel-good waste of money.

I probably wouldn't try it Jim, I bet it damages the card and it will look worse than if you just leave it, because the brown material has soaked all the way through.
