T206 with a different style letter i've never seen
 

Just recently received a t206 with a piedmont 350 back. On the back of the card where it says "the cigarette of quality", the word "of" has a style for the letter "f" that i have never seen before. It is very scriptive and has alot of loops in the letter. I have scans comparing it with a normal pied 350 back, but i don't know how to post it on net54. Any help would be greatly appreciated to post them so everyone can see what i'm talking about. Wondering if anyone else has seen this print difference....thanks

I've had a couple cards with a stray " printed on the back. I can't remember if it was in the same place. Let me look through my scans.

At any rate, it looks like a stray mark and not a different style of font. The scan resolution is low so blowing it up won't help.

Thanks jason... I don't think it is a stray print mark because there are 2 loops that connect the top of the letter to the line that crosses the letter "f". It does show up much better up close. I have looked at numerous other of my pied backs and none of those have it.

Can you scan it at a higher resolution? Just zoom in on the area in question and try and get a larger resolution 400 dpi or even higher. And then send to me again and I can post it.
