What's the oldest autgraph ?

Someone asked me about the oldest auto ever and I didn't have an answer, anyone on here know maybe the answer (sports or any other ) ? I don't think Jesus has an auto somewhere out there ( well maybe at Coach's Corner) ?

Also when did check writing start ?

There are Egyptian papyri that are more than 4000 years old.

How about showing your oldest baseball autograph?

Not to hijack this thread, but how about showing your oldest BASEBALL autographs. Go ahead and bring your baseball autographs on papyrus if you got 'em David! ;)

Here are two of mine:

Adonis Terry- 19th century no-hit pitcher

Ted Breitensten- Threw a no-hitter in his first start. The only pitcher to throw a no-hitter before and after the mound distance moved to the current standard of 60' 6" in 1893.
