havent updated this in a long time
now out of 1718 submitted
324 with instructions to 69 blank backs about 4.7 to 1
which pretty much has held up ever since they started labelling them
should there be a price differential?

Yes, but I don't think that enough of us care about the issue.

Back when I was working on the set, I remember people listing both versions as the "rare" version, but auctions of blanks tended to end with higher numbers.
