Early silver gelatin photo/cabinet from 1901, the first year of the American League.

Here is the photo I have of your great grandfather.

On the back it has his name and a date...6/9/09.

That's really neat. Thanks. I've never seen a shot with his name on his hat like that.

I have a T3 but it's not in anywhere near as good condition as yours, which is why I didn't post it. Yours looks awesome, thanks.

Thanks. That Sporting News card is in great condition. I have a couple of blank back ones from '15 and '16 but they're not as nice. Funny that it lists him with Detroit and yet he's wearing a Sox uniform from at least two years earlier. He was really just a coach by that point. I think he played in one or two games for the Tigers before retiring to an orchard out in Oregon near one owned by Fielder Jones.
