PSA site problems
 

All week I have been entering my PSA cards into my registry. For some reason, about 25 % of the cards will not go into my matching sets. Also, a bunch of my inventory was deleted.

I contacted PSA and they assured me that their IT Department was working on this problem.

I'm a small collector with a big problem on PSA's site. I was wondering if any of you are having similar problems?

On the PSA Board, they've said that they're having problems with entering cards with qualifiers in the Registry. Not sure if that's your problem also. The thread is here: Link, and another one here: Link.

The day that BJ emailed about it, I was having some trouble with the new Want List Connection feature. Could that update be related to what you're experiencing Bill? I emailed her about it that same day, and she said she would report the issue to the programmers. I haven't heard back though.

looks like almost everything is now matched! The wantlist is back up, too.
their It Dept. apparently was working on it.
