Vintage Bat Question
 

Did most players have store model bats produced for them back in the 30's & 40's or primarily the stars?

it was an interesting mix of both depending on the bat company.

Thanks for your response. The reason I ask is, today I picked up a Spalding "Official Robert Rolfe Model" bat at an estate sale.
