Who are the best eBay sellers?
The thread about Waverly got me asking this question: who are the best, most trustworthy eBay sellers for high grade raw postwar cards? Forgive me, if there is a previous thread about this.
Thanks, Andy |
I have had good experiences with JHustle. Great service and I believe fairly accurate descriptions.

I've had good experiences with batersbox, 71toppsman, gregmorriscards, kyle4624 and newenglandsportscards (even though some don't like them).

list
here is a pretty good list.....caveat emptor as always...

This list is derived from a database of more than 200 eBay sellers and is periodically updated by Old Cardboard. Your comments and feedback are always welcome and will help ensure that the list is accurately maintained. We appreciate you input. - I wonder what "periodically" means because some of those sellers have nothing up for sale. |
Anyone ever use tripleplayvintage? They seem to consistently have decent sized lots of NM commons. They seem to get top dollar every time as well.
|
Leon...exactly how old is that list???

Ebayers
I really like Joe's Vintage. Great customers service with reasonable prices. They've never put a hold on my checks and ship immediately. In addition, if you order through their website versus the items on eBay, they give discounts.

good seller
battersbox is great for raw vintage and have had wonderful luck with allmartystuff and also have had wonderful transactions with triplesss

I've bought many times over from Jeff King.
He's cards are generally all auction, once in awhile he'll have a buy it now price for cards. Generally, he breaks up a couple of sets a week and sells each card off. So if you're collecting sets, and it's post WWII, sooner of later it'll show up on Kings auction. http://www.ebay.com/sch/klinger83/m....m=&_ipg=&_nkw= |
Has anyone ever bought anything from fitzyssportscards? They have a 64 set break with a few cards that I am interested in. Thanks
|
Fitzy
I purchased some 1969s from a recent Fitzy set break. I was happy. Plus he got some extraordinary prices for a few cards based on his description of the card. The Boog Powell, which he said was the finest example he had ever handled, went for over $30. That would lead me to think his customers trust his grading.

JHustle, buythatcard are pretty good. The couple at somersetvelvet have always been good and met them at the national...they got my last $235 as they were the last table i came back to. Picked up a nice rizzuto rookie, moriarty e145 and t206 mathewson. good folks.

Jhustle, and probstein are great especially probstein. Prices are great and they have fast service. One seller I think charges waaaayyyy too much is 707sportscards. I just had to add that because I think it's not right to charge what they charge.

Here's a vote for Jonsstats.
And, I agree with zljones about Jhustle and probstein Doug |
fscards1, no hassle return policy, decent inventory, accurate grader. I have never returned any of my purchases.
