A photo from the National I'm researching...
 

It's been so busy around here that last night was the first time I've sat down and gone through the handful of items I bought at the National.
One of the items is a snapshot photo of a Pirates player and a little boy. Based on the uniform, I've got it down to 1943, 44 or 46.
Dang it if the face isn't familiar but I cannot figure out who he is.
Any suggestions?

Trust me, I am not very good at this, but the player resembles one of the Waner brothers. My guess would be Lloyd Waner.

I was thinking a younger Charlie Sheen but you're probably right.

The Waner boys both had hooked noses, so it's definitely not them. My money is on Elbie Fletcher.

I don't think it's a Waner brother.

Thanks everyone! For some reason, I thought he looked familiar but I wasn't thinking of Elbie.
Now I need to finish going through my other National finds!
