I'm declaring jb217676 as the winner.

In a previous auction, I had a time issue where a bidder was upset so I was very specific about the 10:00:00 end time and his bid was placed before TCurry85's. Sorry, but I am trying to be fair.

I was very specific with the time down to the 100th of a second to avoid issues like this. No, they didn't both bid at the same time. Jeff's bid was first.
