Leon, thanks for posting these. I look forward to these posts similar to how the pioneer collecting community looked forward to receiving these in the mail.

leon,
thanks again for posting another great issue. We see more emphasis each issue on the BB side of card collecting with each issue. I particularly enjoy seeing Wirt Gammon's ads and the Sports Exchange ads!
The lead off article about the ballet/actress cards being risque makes me lol!
Imagine what those people would think of the Hustler type cards of the 90's or the huge porn easily accessed on line or in "Adult Stores" in our time!

PS: Last evening on The History Channel I was watching "The History of Sex" episode about the Victorian era. They went into great detail about that Comstock guy and his crusade to "clean up" society's problems with regards to sexual materials and laws. It was quite interesting how this man put the fear of God into anyone about anything pertaining to sex.
