Curiosity bump...

I've had some difficulty pricing my 1961 PSA 8(OC). Today another Ebay auction ended at $36 - Reserve Not Met w/BIN of $150.
Was $36 an accurate price for a PSA 8oc or was it low due to a reserve coupled with the BIN?
Since I've had no interest here, I'm ready to list it on Ebay. Can someone suggest an appropriate price range?
