Bobby Orr RC White Back Real or Reprint
 

I could use some help here---looked at a Orr RC today very white back--are there reprints on the orr rookie----front looks ok---but I know on Orr backs--they have a normal grayish finish---any thoughts here thanks in advance--Don

I'm sure you'll get an answer here on the card. You might want to try Bob Lemke. He's a member here and I follow his blog and I'm a big fan of his from way back. Google his name or look him up here on the directory.
The Orr Rookie is such a beautiful card. I wish you luck in finding out the truth about this gem.

Don; I wouldn't touch that card.

I buy a lot of hockey here in Canada and have been offered lots of fake Orr rookies in the last two years.

The first tip off is the white back, it should be a creamy off white if it is legit.
