2006 Negro League Stamps?

Does anyone have ANY information regarding the 2006 NL stamps that Old Cardboard has listed on their site for Negro Leaguers like: Cooper, Grant and Wilkinson? Anything you have to offer would be greatly appreciated and thanks!

They were produced by the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown similar to the postcards that are issued every year for new inductees. These were a one time issue though.
