Difference between 1970 & 1971 Topps Scratch Off ?
 
How can you tell the difference between the '70 and '71 Topps Scratch Off cards ? Thanks Mike

on the inside of the card the 1970's has white around the black boxes, 1971 has red

make a star out of a common
 
I once had a "half Seaver".... took a common...ripped it at perf... neatly glued the common side to the Seaver side.....spent $16. to ship to PSA..got it graded as an 8.5...sold it in a Coaches Corner auction and took in $160.

OK..part two and three are not true
