What are these?

These are felt. about 6". I have picked up about a dozen of these over the last ten years but have no idea where they came from or the reason for the strange shape. Any guesses? Other samples?

I have never seen them, the shape looks like baseball hat panels.

I think Dstub is on to something. I was thinking beanie panels. I would look damn good in a beanie. It's time somebody brought that style back. :)

Dan is right, they are beanie hat panels. I have seen one of the hats in the past and I believe it alternated between a color panel and a player all the way around the hat. neat little things though.
