Have you tried to reach Tom through net54? He's a member here and is listed under the community tab (gosoxbosox).
Otherwise, you can pm me and I will see if I have an old e-mail addy on my other computer.

Click on the link for "Community" in the blue tool bar above.

The drop down menu gives you "Member List."

You can search for him there under his screen name and send him an email or a PM.
