you are being overly critical on a $7 card imo. Looks ex-exmt to me. If it's a 700$ or even 70$ card, ya, lets analyze, but not $7. Great analysis though!:)

These cards are notoriously oddly centered. Don't think that knocks the grade down to a FR/GD. Looks EX/MT to me unless there's some wrinkles or creases in there I can't see in the scan.
