Unopened Cello Pack W/ 2 Montana Rookies

I was perusing completed listings on Montana rookie cards and I came across this strange auction.

It's a selaed 1981 Topps cellophane pack with a Montana on the top and on the bottom. It's one of the crazier things I've seen on ebay so I thought I'd share.
