Help Identifying a Lou Gehrig "card"?

In my constant quest for oddball Lou Gehrig items, I took a chance on this one...

It is blank-backed, sepia-toned, and undated. The stock is not as thick as card-stock, but it also not a thin paper/magazine cutout. It's slightly thicker than standard photograph paper or posterboard (has about the same bend as 8-10 sheets of common printer paper). It measures approximately 3-3/4" x 5-1/8".

I bought it cheap, assuming it would be a modern item or a vintage cutout from a magazine, but now I don't think so, based on the stock and blank back. Also, it seems odd a modern item would mention his 1965 consecutive games streak instead of 2130, so it seems to be legitimately from 1937/1938.

Anyone have any clues on this?

no but...

It looks like it still might have been cut from an ad piece even though thicker than paper. Never seen it before. Maybe someone will have though.....there is a ton of knowledge here....

My guess is something like a "Who's Who in Baseball" publication or similar....... The size would be about right
