01milly0101. Multiple times Now he has claimed to send multiple payments via check and he will leave s negative if you don't refund his money. I guess some people must not check and just send him a refund. Individual owns a flower shop on puerto Rico. If you call him on his "scam" he gets rather po'd. If you don't mind hassles don't block him but if you'd rather not have the headaches block him asap. Thanks Glyn Parson

If you file a did not pay claim you can probably get the negative removed and hopefully get him kicked off Ebay if he gets enough of them.

I checked his feedback left for other members and it is all +. What am I missing?

Haven't received a negative yet just threats and vulgarity.
