New baby!
 

Hey everyone. Just wanted to let everyone know that there's a new little guy in the world as of yesterday afternoon. Ethan Cole Hedlin was born at 3:23 yesterday afternoon, clocking in at 8 lbs 15 oz and 21.5 inches in length. Baby and mama are both doing great, just resting up now. I'm posting from my phone so I can't post pictures right now, but once we get home I will try and put up a few. This is the first child for both of us; what an amazing feeling this has been. I haven't been on here much lately, but that's been mainly because I didn't want to have to talk myself out of buying t206's for the time being. :)

Thanks everyone. There was something going on with his heart, so they flew him to Peoria to St. Francis' brand spankin' new children's hospital. For those not from IL, it's one of the best, if not the best, hospitals in the state. Since he's gotten here he has done really well, and it is looking like they will be able to discharge him late tomorrow afternoon. We will find out for sure this morning. If we get to go home, I will have pictures posted up either tonight or sometime monday. He did so great today; didn't even cry when they put in a new iv or when they took blood from his foot. He's so amazing and he's only a few days old.

Edit - by Monday I mean Tuesday.
