I always thought they where nice cards when i saw pics of them but when you have them in hand they are pieces of art. just imagine the first person to own it when he had recieved it in the mail and what did he think of the card.

Congratulations. I have very few collecting goals anymore - but owning a T3 is one of them. I've loved the set since I was a kid, even purchased a reprint set of it through Renatta Galasso (how's that for a name from the past?). Love it. May someday purchase the full-size reprint set that Mike Wheat did.

the only problem i have is sgc is all over the place with there grades. i had looked at different t3's and a sgc40 looks from the scans should be a 10 staining corner damage and then i see a great one thats a sgc20. Of course these are from scans so i cant really tell so im resubmiting my sgc auth for a grade because it looks like a sgc30.

Congrats! I still remember getting my one and only - Hal Chase in an SGC holder. The size is almost overwhelming! I mean, you read and understand how big they are, but to have and hold one is fantastic. Definitely some of the most beautiful cards ever made. Get a scan up to share!

From my observations the grading companies are lenient on their grading of T3's. I guess it has to do with their size.

some times a little to lenient in my opinion. The grades all over the map when it comes to some of these cards.
