It's Fred Payne.

Wow -- 2 minutes. Nicely done.

Yeah SGC had the same problem too. There are at least 2 SGC cards of him on eBay right now that say "Billy Payne" as well.

Help a newbie out. I thought is was Billy Payne. According to at least 2 resources that I use, they refer to him as Billy Payne.

T206museum.com and T206.org

Billy?

I think there may be some broad confusion re the first name, cause I went back to some of my resources that I frequently use and found no consensus:

Fred: T206 Collection (the new book), PSA and SGC set registries (ie the composition list for the T206 Basic)
Billy: T206.org, T206museum.com

Anyone know the source for this misunderstanding?

Thanks,
