Priority International will have tracking. I've gone this route with all international shipping I do on items valued at $30 and up.

I've shipped a few things to Mexico. Usually takes forever to get where it's going but eventually gets there.

Does the feedback indicate this is a regular ebay customer?

Now that I think of it, it's kind of odd. I ship items Internationally every week. In my experience packages take the longest to get to our direct neighbors to the North and our direct neighbors to the South.

Most other countries I ship to on a regular basis seems to be pretty clear sailing. Including Australia, Japan, UK and the Netherlands.

Shipped a photo to Guam last week. Not to an APO address or military base. The customer received it 4-5 days later.

I send all over the world, Mexico included. No problem, 1st class International.

Not cards, toys, dolls collectibles.
