Baseball book experts - opinion needed

Okay Barry, Max and anyone else out there. A contact of mine has a copy of "My Brother Morris Berg" by Ethel Berg, a book that I have been looking for for quite a while. It is signed by the author. I remember bidding on one on ebay years ago but don't recall what it sold for. Can't find another for sale anywhere on the net right now. What should I pay for this? Any ideas?

If I recall that Moe Berg book is scarce and quite valuable. But I think I will defer to Max as I am not as up on the more modern baseball books. I think it is a good one, however.

Most of the books I've seen have been signed, so there doesn't seem to be a premium for that. The book is perfect bound , and given the book's size (about 7 x 9 or so, without looking), the binding tends to fall apart if opened wide.

In nice condition with none of the binding problems, the book should sell for around $300. Copies I've seen on ebay over the last years have varied from 200 to 400. It is a difficult book to find for a modern book.
