Uncataloged 1938 Issue, Info needed.

Has anyone ever seen these before? I know I have seen maybe 2 or 3 other players in the last 20 years but they do not appear to be cataloged.
They were made in 1938 by the Chicago Herald and Examiner and the inside is a small scorecard. It has a "This is one of a series of portraits of your favorite Baseball Stars" tag line at the bottom so they are certainly "Baseball Cards" but just curious about the rarity. Anyone have any other info on the set? |
