Was this Ruth Butter Cream on eBay real?

Listed as an unknown strip card and possible reprint by the seller. Seller claimed that the card was in a shoe box of other Ruth cards the original owner had. He was selling some authentic graded Ruth cards as well. What do you guys think? Did someone get a ridiculous deal? I thought it might be real only because the back is different from the back on the recently discovered example that sold for 100 G's but couldn't justify how this guy would end up with one.

eBay dictionary:

"I'm listing these as reproductions. These cards Do Not say Reprints on them!" = The cards are definitely reprints.

always

Always believe a seller if they say they are selling something that is not authentic.

This fake was copied from the PSA-4 card with the Sep. back.
The other one is a SGC-A with an Oct. back.

There are at least 2 of them (maybe 3) I did see one 15 years ago, not sure if it was one of these 2 though.
