OT, Mike in Afrique
 

For those that were following his two year, Peace Corps adventure.

He'd finally completed his obligation. But, will be staying on for a couple more months. He has signed on with a family planning group from the US, teaching HIV awareness to the older kids. Including a terrific male and female (?) condom demonstration using hand-carved genitalia!.. AIDS is everywhere.

Obviously, we can't wait to pick him up at Logan in August. Thankyou to those who'd inquired. Steve

On a side note in I think I just found the perfect accents for my coffee table.:)

Reminds me of that James Caan line from "The Godfather" when they're arranging to hide the gun behind the toilet in the restaurant bathroom so that Michael can whack Sollozzo and Captain McCluskey.

"I don't want Mike coming out of that bathroom with just his ____ in his hands."

Saw that scene just a couple days ago. Pretty brutal stuff......

Steve - It has to feel great to know he'll be coming home soon, you can be justifiably proud of what he is accomplishing.
