Go PSA -- Anyone wanna guess what's wrong?
 
This is a PSA graded N172 King Kelly card. Anyone want to guess what's wrong with it? I just love PSA. I've seen a Billy Sunday N172 graded with the same mistake. I have to figure that if you're going to be in the business of authentication then at least know what the heck you're doing...

It appears to have lost it's bottom? At least it looks like a vintage trim job...

For what it's worth...

The seller has the following written into the auction description:

The bottom of the card was originally cut short or trimmed, thus the “Goodwin and Co.” is missing.
He isn't hiding behind a "it's the TPG's opinion" excuse.

No knock on the seller here, but the worldwide leader should know better, really.

Amazing. sigh. My cards that may or may not have a slight trim get the dreaded "authentic" every single time and this card with the whole bottom lopped off get's a 2. :rolleyes:
