Research Question

This may be a naive question, but does anyone know how one may go about finding an image of a PSA registered item if the registry number is known? The PSA site does not seem to offer any information in that regard, unless of course such a research tool is only available to gold members or some such. Anyone know how that works?

I'm not the resident PSA expert, but I don't believe such a thing is available. To the best of my knowledge, PSA does not retain images of graded items.

Cheers,
Blair

I believe the only thing they capture images on is autographs.

the only way to get an image would be if the card is pictured on the set registry, or you could somehow contact the owner of the card and request a pic. At least thats the only ways I am familiar with. sometimes you can look in past auction catalogs or listings if it has been sold that way.

If the item has been sold, publicly, in the last few years, VCP may have the image stored.
