Pennants
 

Whilst pennants are not the focus of our collection, we do own 6 pennants,
including three Federal League pennants (two Chicago- different and St.Louis)

We were stunned by the $20K price that the Buffalo pennant realized.
although we learned that a Baltimore pennant realized $13,000 several years ago.

Is there any guidebook which review prices of the ultra rare pennants?

Anyone know of collectors who specialize in pre WWII pennants

I can't remember who wrote it, but one of the board members wrote a guide on pennants a few years ago. I believe it identifies every baseball pennant and relevant pricing for them.

Here is the guide Jon is referencing. Doesn't appear to have a Fed. League section but does have Negro League and PCL.
