O/T- 50/50 raffle fundraiser for baseball program to benefit disabled kids
 

Gents,

I belong to YGS, a local golf club (http://yuenglinggolfsociety.com) with a primary mission of golfing and drinking beer --- but occasionally we do something to benefit society. For the 2010 season we are looking to raise money for children with disabilities to play baseball. While I am new to this club, apparently they hold an annual fundraiser to benefit the Miracle League of Mercer County (NJ) via a 50/50 raffle. We sell 200 tickets at $10 apiece - $1,000 goes to the charitable cause and $1,000 goes to a single winner. You will receive a physical ticket that can serve as your tax donation record and that you can use to claim your prize should you be the lucky winner - I will happily pay the postage to send you it.
