For Sale: 1887 N172 Old Judge O'Day
For Sale is an 1887 N172 Hank O'Day. It is my only Old Judge and I am selling some cards off to buy some memorabilia. I know GAI isn't the authenticator of choice, but it is GAI graded 2, Good. The back is very clean, and you can see the front from the picture.

O'Day? According to baseball-reference he's got a lifetime 73-110 record.

I think his chance came and went. Didn't something change regarding the Veteran's Committee?

I really tried to just not say anything here but I just can't help it... didn't anyone happen to notice that the card graded a "2" is trimmed at the bottom. I don't mean just a little trim. The words "Goodwin & Co, New York" are completely missing. Am I wrong here? Does anyone want to confirm or dispute this? Sorry, I'm not trying to start anything, I'm just bringing up a point - the grade is not correct (in my opinion).

Yes Fred, the card is trimmed.
