(Jack Norworth is famous for writing "Take Me Out To The Ballgame") Sheet music has a Fort Smith, Arkansas music store stamp in the lower left advertising Victrolas & Edison Phonographs. Center fold is hanging by only a small portion of paper. A few rough edges with a couple tears on the right side near the fan tooting the horn.
