I Been on a Roll w/ Autographs (not vintage)
Over the past three weeks, I have been racking up on LSU autographs for pennies, including a very rare one.
For $3.50, I have found these items at thrift stores around Baton Rouge. .50 cents - 2001 LSU baseball hat signed by Aaron Hill (major leaguer) and the late Wally Pontiff (plus other members of the 2000 NC team http://i144.photobucket.com/albums/r.../wallyhat3.jpg http://i144.photobucket.com/albums/r.../wallyhat1.jpg .50 cents - baseball hat signed by 26 members of the 1997 football team: http://i144.photobucket.com/albums/r...lsignedhet.jpg http://i144.photobucket.com/albums/r...signedhat2.jpg $2 - basketball signed by members of the 1988 team (including three members of the 86 Final Four team) http://i144.photobucket.com/albums/r...1988bball1.jpg http://i144.photobucket.com/albums/r...1988bball2.jpg And just today, for .50 cents, a LSU baseball hat signed by Chad Ogea (he would have been MVP of the World Series if Cleveland would had won): http://i144.photobucket.com/albums/r...SU/olgahat.jpg http://i144.photobucket.com/albums/r...U/olgahat2.jpg |
Nice pickups! Its hard to walk away from 30+ autographs for $3.50.
The Ogea hat appears to be game-used. What do you think? Jantz |

I see a Ricky Blanton autograph in there. I remember on ESPN, they called him the worst player in the NBA ever. He had a rough go when he made the league.
