Nolan Ryan 6th no-hitter game used baseball- COA Home Plate Umpire Durwood Merrill
 

I just wanted to let all board members know that I currently have an eBay auction (eBay # 260546456959) going that is for a game used baseball from HOF great Nolan Ryan's historic no-hitter on 6/11/90 at Oakland.

The COA that accompanies it is from the home plate umpire from the game, Texas HOF'er Durwood Merrill. This ball came directly from him just before he passed away in 2003.

I have been an advanced collector of Nolan Ryan since 1972 and have always been picky on what game used pieces I put in my personal collection. This ball made the cut, and I have owned it for about 7 years, but I have a 20th anniversary with my wife coming up and I am going to let go of a few treasures.
