Identify photo - Ed Morris

I stumbled on The Rucker Archive, and saw this photo labeled Ed Morris, Pittsburgh 1888. Based on the uniform style and glove, isn't it more likely this is the Ed Morris who played for the Red Sox a few decades later?

Pin stripes were first introduced in 1888, but not in Pittsburgh. Detroit and Washington were the first to try them in the NL together with Brooklyn in the American Association.

I am pretty sure this is the Ed Morris from the 1920's who was killed at a Fish Fry in his own honor in the 1930's.

This is the only card (that I'm aware of) that Ed Morris was ever pictured on, unfortunately the set isn't known for it's high quality photos.
