Vintage Bat Find

Need help from vintage bat collectors identifying this bat, age, etc. I found this bat in a local antique store. No manufacturer markings, 33 1/2 inches long, barrel is 5 7/8 inches in circumference.

Lathe marks and no manufacturer probably indicates that it's a homemade job.
