I really dont know what it is. I asked that question myself. Maybe someone on the Board can help out.

not many out there neither sgc or PSA pop report is accurate but i can tell u that i have a sgc 20 and ive seen a psa 5 too. so thats two and this makes three that i know of.

I know of two more that are in T206 collections that have not been reported here.

One is graded and the 2nd one is ungraded.
